Baleiloa Post Mortem Conducted
Baleiloa's father Nimilote Baleiloa confirmed to Fijivillage that Dr. Buadromo has carried out the post mortem and he will forward the result to their lawyer, the DPP and the police.
He said Baleiloa will be laid to rest next Friday.
Meanwhile, a special police team has been set up already to investigate Baleiloa's death, once they receive the post mortem results.
Deputy Police Commissioner Eroni Antonio said Director CID Tevita Lesu has been tasked to overlook the investigations under his command.
Antonio said Lesu will decide later whether the Prison officers who were also part of the recapture team will be brought in for questioning.
Baleiloa received serious head and body injuries when he was recaptured in Cunningham by the Police Strike-Back Team on July 28th.
