A new Special Administrator for Lautoka will soon be appointed.
Pravin Kumar Bala has been identified as the new Special Administrator for Lautoka.
Bala hails from Ba and has municipal administration experience.
His appointment will be effective from Monday 10th May.Bala's appointment falls under the jurisdiction of the Minister for Local Government, Urban Development, Housing and Environment, Col Samuela Saumatua.
Prior to the formal appointment, the Special Administrator for Nadi/Sigatoka Town Councils, Aisea Tuidraki, has undertaken the role of acting Special Administrator Lautoka.
The movement eventuated following the recent stepping down of former Special Administrator Lautoka Mr Josefa Vucago.
