The Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama is expected to meet the United States Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Glyn Davies and Albert Mariner, the Programme Officer at the Commonwealth Secretariat tomorrow.

The meetings are part of the interim government’s ongoing engagements to keep the international community fully informed of the Fiji situation.

Bainimarama will update the two officials separately on the progress of the government and the implementation of the Presidential mandate and work being done to lay solid foundations for Fiji's return to parliamentary democracy.

Commodore Bainimarama said he is committed to having ongoing dialogue with anyone interested in better understanding the Fiji situation.
