Former Prime Minister and former Chair of the Pacific Islands Leaders Forum, Laisenia Qarase maintains that Commodore Frank Bainimarama should have gone to the forum in PNG today as Fiji is the main item on the agenda.
Qarase said Fiji's leader cannot be absent from this kind of meetings when all the other forum leaders are making an effort to help the country.
Qarase reveals that he has written to all the forum leaders to brief them about Fiji's situation before they sit to decide on our fate.
