It will be bad news for secondary school players who were either yellow or red carded in yesterday's Coca Cola Deans Quarterfinal as they will miss next week semifinal.

Under the Fiji Secondary School Rugby Association rules, players who were shown the yellow card will miss the semifinal while those received the red card will no longer take part in the Deans this year.

President Paula Motu said their rules are different from the one used by the provincial rugby as they want to maintain discipline with the players throughout the Deans trophy competition.

After yesterday's quarterfinal, Defending Champion Lelean will play against Nasinu in the semifinal while the feature match will be between Eastern Zone Champion RKS and Western Zone number one team Ratu Navula.

Yesterday Nasinu beat Sila Central 13-7, RKS had a closed 11-10 win against John Wesley, Ratu Navula defeated Suva Grammar 20-6 and Lelean edged Lomaiwai 6-3.

All of the Tier One and Tier Two semifinal will be played at the TFL Stadium in Suva next Saturday.
