A 3 month old baby and a 28 year old woman are admitted in hospital after the vehicle they were travelling in was involved in a head on collision on the Nadi Back Road yesterday afternoon.

The victims were passengers in a vehicle driven by a 40 year old businessman heading towards Nadi, when the driver of a vehicle travelling from the opposite direction, lost control of his car, resulting in the collision.

The 38 year old driver, who is alleged to have been under the influence of liquor, is in custody while investigations continue.
