Nausori Police are now looking for a woman whose baby was found in front of a house in Nakasi this morning.
Regional Crime officer Eastern, ASP Aurthur White confirmed that the one week old baby was abandoned by the mother early this morning and was discovered by a woman who had come out of her house after her prayers at 4.30 this morning.
The baby is now being looked after by the staff of Nausori Hospital while the hunt continues for the mother.
