The Ba soccer team has successfully won their 18th National Soccer League title after they walloped Suva 4-0 yesterday afternoon.
After the win, Ba Soccer president Rishi Kumar told Fijivillage that he is proud of Ba’s achievement.
The win was more than special for Ba midfielder Kini Viliame Naika as this would be his 39th title under his name breaking the world record.
Kumar said Kini Villiame’s name should be included in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Meanwhile, Fiji Football Association president Rajesh Patel said they will soon write to officials of the Guinness Book of World Records to inform them about what has been achieved.
