Ba has won the B Division title by defeating Cakaudrove 22-16 at Churchill Park.
Both sides scored two tries each but Ba outclassed Cakaudrove by kicking five penalties to two to win the game.
Ba will now prepare for the main grade which is the Digicel Cup competition next year.
