A brace of goals from former National soccer team striker Josaia Bukalidi helped Vodafone Ba thrash New Zealand's IDC champions Nadi in a one-off Test match last night.

Bukalidi scored a hatrick in their 6-1 win while the rest of the goals came from Alvin Singh and Aisea Codro.

New Zealand's Nadi side was made up of former players from Fiji now residing in New Zealand.

Ba soccer president Rishi Kumar also sent a stern warning to the Vodafone Labasa side after last night's win to come prepared for the second leg of the CVC Series, as they will not let the title slip away from their hands despite a 1-0 loss to the Babasiga Lions in the first leg last weekend at Subrail Park.

Ba received $1000 prize-money, gold medals and trophy for their win last night.
