Some areas in Ba are without electricity and water supply since Thursday afternoon.
Residents from Navoli and nearby areas in Ba have raised concerns that authorities have failed to rectify the problem and they are facing major problems in their daily lives.
The FEA officials in Lautoka have confirmed that a standby team is in Navoli trying to find the fault and that they are working around the clock to normalize the electricity supply.
Areas currently affected include Waivuka, Manikawa and Yaloku village. It is not confirmed at the moment when the problem will be solved.
Meanwhile, PWD officials in Ba could not be reached for comments on why there are water cuts.
