“We are hoping to become the soccer champions this year.”
This is the comment made by Ba soccer goalkeeper, Epeli Codro who captained the side in the 5-3 win against Suva in the Pillay Garments Champion versus Champion series on Sunday.
Codro who made a number of saves for Ba said they have started serious preparations not only for the CVC but for all major soccer tournaments this year.
Ba just needs a draw against Suva this Sunday to win its 19th CVC title while Suva needs to beat Ba by four clear goals to win the series.
