Fiji's soccer giant, Ba is likely to walk away with most of the top prizes in the Fiji Football Awards night on Saturday.

With the Player of the Year, Team of the Year, Football Coach of the Year and the Most Popular Player of the Year awards up for grabs, Ba players and officials are the front runners to win most of these awards.

Ba's Tuimasi Manuca and Labasa's Roy Krishna are the favorites for the Player of the Year award which also has the likes of Inosi Cava, Valerio Nawatu and Samuela Kautoga as the contenders.

Manuca's out-standing performance in the IDC tournament could give him an edge against Krishna but the Siberia lad from Labasa will rely on his performance throughout the year to edge Manuca.

Ba's coach Yogendra Dutt is tipped to be named as the coach of the Year after guiding the Men In Black to win the Fiji Fact, Battle of the Giants, Champion vs Champion and IDC.

The side is also in the running for the Team of the Year.

The Fiji FA awards night will be held at the Vineyard Palace at 7pm on Saturday.
