BA will now hope that National soccer league leaders' Lautoka does not win its remaining matches as the race to grab the first spot on the table has intensified.

Ba grabbed six points from two matches last week and now has 27 points.

Lautoka which managed a 3-all draw in the game against Navua yesterday now sits on 32 points.

Lautoka were reduced to 9 men in the game yesterday as striker, Valerio Nawatu and Semesa Nakosia were shown red cards.

Navua could have won the match but Lautoka striker, Osea Vakatalesau found the net just minutes before the end of the match to keep Lautoka=s unbeaten record in the National soccer league intact.

In another match played yesterday, the Under 20 side beat Nasinu 3-2.

On Saturday Ba outclassed Suva at home by 3-1.

The Men in Black earlier beat the Under 20 side 5-0.
