Defending Champions for Innk Mobile Battle of the Giants soccer tournament Ba had only themselves to blame when they were held to a two-all draw by Navua last night.
Navua started the match on a high note with Adam Dickinson scoring the first goal in the first half of the match.
Then it was Ba who held most of the ball possession and in just minutes before the breather, Tuimasi Manuca equalised for the Men in Black.
Tuimasi got his double and Ba looked set to win its first match, however Ba's poor defence allowed Adam Dickinson to get the equaliser for Navua in the dying moments of the game.
Ba coach Faroukh Janeman said they could not win the match due to defensive blunders, adding they now have some injury concerns and will now concentrate on their two remaining matches.
Navua coach Gurjeet Singh said his team managed to hold on against the ever improving Ba side.
Looking at Pool 1 Labasa leads with 4 points after playing two matches, Rewa has 3 points after one match, Navua has 2 points after playing two matches, Ba has one point and Tavua is yet to gain a point.
In other matches played last night, Nadroga and Lautoka played to a nil-all draw, Labasa beat Tavua 2 goals to 1 and in the last match host Nadi defeated Suva 1-nil.
The first super premier match will see Nasinu play Nadroga at 12.45pm.
