Ba soccer team coach, Farouk Janeman, is confident his boys will make it to the top four teams at the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants that is currently underway at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.

Janeman said that despite the loss to Rewa last Sunday, the "Men in Black" are desperate to defend their title.

Ba scored four goals in the first half in their win against Labasa, and Janeman said that is an indication of teamwork.

Pool One is now wide open as Rewa lead with 6 points, followed by Navua on 5 points and Ba and Labasa on 4 points, have equal chances of qualifying for the semifinals.

In Pool Two, Lautoka lead with 7 points,  Nadi has 6 and Nadroga has 5 points.

Looking at the results of the games played yesterday, Rewa beat Tavua 5-2, Nadi thumped Nasinu 4-nil, Navua thrashed Tavua 4-nil, Lautoka beat Suva 1-nil and Ba hammered Labasa 4-nil.

The first Super Premier game today kicked off at 11:30am where Suva is leading  Nasinu 1-0, however both teams are out of the tournament.
