The "Men in Black" Ba soccer team is confident they can put up a good match against close rivals Lautoka in today's Champion vs Champion Series match, despite 7 key players missing this match.

Ba Soccer President Rishi Kumar said that as defending champions and playing away from home in their first match today, it will be hard for his boys but he is confident they will deliver.

The team will miss the services of Josua Wilson and Osea Vakatalesau who have joined Lautoka, Maciu Dunadamu played for Navua last Sunday, Tuimasi Manuca has joined Hekari Souths, Shamil Rao has applied for a release to join Suva, Ronal Lawrence is down injured and Alvin Singh has gone to Australia.

Lautoka and Navua currently lead the CVC points table with 1 point each while Ba is yet to gain a point as they will be playing their first game today.

The Ba versus Lautoka match will kickoff at 7pm tomorrow at Churchill Park.
