Defending champions Suva and last year’s finalist Ba have booked their places in next Saturdays semifinals of the Vodafone Fiji FACT.

This is after both teams won both their matches in the first two rounds.

Suva defeated Labasa 2 nil yesterday before beating Nadroga 1 nil today.

Suva head coach Gurjeet Singh said the experienced players have really boosted their side.

 
Ba who had beaten Nadroga 3 nil yesterday, beat Labasa 1 nil today.

Lautoka was another team who won both their matches defeating Navua by 2-1 on yesterday and then beating Fortech Rewa 1 nil today.

In other results Fortech Rewa beat Nadi 1 nil yesterday while Nadi beat Navua 2 nil today.  

Ba leads Pool A with six points. 

Suva also has six points.

Labasa and Nadroga are yet to register any points.

Pool B sees Lautoka leading with six points, Nadi and Fortech Rewa have 3 points each while Navua is yet to register a point.

The tournament will now move to Prince Charles Park from next Friday to Sunday where the remaining pool matches and final will be played.
