Expect proper and clean water supply for those in the major parts of Ba back later this week.
The Ministry of Works has revealed that very thick silt has accumulated at two of their major water catchment plants in Ba and as a result would need their men to manually clean out the catchment areas.
However she does reveal that they have been able to restore water in a few areas.
Looking at roads, the PWD is pleading to the public to bear with them as it would take close to three months to get all roads back to the conditions before the flood.
And with power supply, the Ministry is once again calling on business houses to have their shops checked by private electricians before they can restore power to their shops.
