The Ba Provincial Holdings Ltd has suffered a loss in earnings in the running of their business for the years, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

This has been revealed by Chairman, Ratu Meli Saukuru.

However, Ratu Meli said that the amount is huge and they are still trying to put together data of the total figures.

Ratu Meli said that in those three years, the Board at the time was not able to deliver a financial report to the Council and the need arose that a new Board was to be elected, which was done in November 2008.

Just within a year of their running, the Board managed to deliver an audited financial report for the year 2009.

Ratu Meli adds that the best way to recover the losses was to sell the shares to the 21 Tikinas= in the Ba Province.
