The president of Ba Football Association said that to run an association is not an easy task.

Rishi Kumar said that people tend to make negative comments about players without realizing how hard it is to train daily, play in competitions or keep an Association running yearly.

He said winning and losing is part and parcel of any sport adding one must also remember to enjoy the benefits of sport as an entertainment.

Kumar said that the BA team has created a world record by playing 62 games in 42 weeks last year and have also successfully defeated all the district teams in 2011.

He said Ba FA has been winning titles every year and will do so no matter who runs the association as it has won 77 titles in Ba Football Association’s 76 years and Fiji FA’s 73 years history.

He said Ba Soccer has some major plans to launch in the coming years allowing BA FA to continue building on its strong foundation.
