The Chiefs of the biggest province in Fiji, Ba will allow their people to have the final say on the People's Charter.

Speaking to Fijivillage News, Ba Provincial chairman Ratu Ovini Bokini said the People's Charter team has been allowed to speak to the 21 districts in the Ba province and get the people's view.

The Tui Tavua believes that the Charter is a long process and it has to be planned out properly with both sides of the story known to the people of Ba before they make a decision.

Ratu Ovini said he has reminded the 21 Chiefs of Ba not to rush their decision as this is an important time in their lives because what ver choice they make about the People's Charter, the next generation will have to live with it.

The former GCC chairman added that once all the districts in the province have made their decision, it will be known whether Ba will support the charter or go against it.
