It is the battle between two of the country's best coaches and the top two teams on the points table of the National Soccer League.

Soccer giants Ba will take on the current defending champion of the league title Lautoka on Sunday where a lot is at stake for both the teams.

The sugar city boys currently lead with 21 points after 7 games while Ba is on 18 points and they have only tasted defeat once from the Suva soccer team this season.

The Ba soccer camp did not want to reveal much on how they have prepared for the game but coach Farouk Janeman for the first time this season will have all of his top players available for this deciding game.

Under Janeman's leadership, Ba has not conceded a goal this season beating Labasa 4-nil, they thumped the Fiji U-20 7-nil and recorded the biggest score line this year against Tavua on Sunday winning 11-nil.

His Lautoka counterpart Imdad Ali will also welcome back the services of former Ba striker Osea Vakatalesau and it is likely he will partner Kamal Hassan who did not play against Suva last Sunday.

The Lautoka and Ba game will kick-off on Sunday at 3pm and you can catch a live commentary on our sister radio station Sargam.
