Fijian Holdings Limited have confirmed that the acquisition of BP South West Pacific Limited is going ahead.
FHL Managing Director, Sereana Qoro said overseas funding is currently being arranged.
Qoro added that FHL will disclose full details of the acquisition once the settlement is completed.
