Defending Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants champion, Ba is in a pool of death for this years tournament.
The Men in Black are in Pool A with Rewa, Tavua, Labasa and Fiji Fact losing finalists Navua.
Pool B will have host Nadi, Lautoka, Suva, Nadroga and Nasinu.
The Battle of the Giant tournament will be held over two weekends.
The first rounds of matches will be played on 15 August at TFL National Stadium in Suva.
Tournament proper will be held from 19 22 at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
