They have been entertaining the world of Sevens rugby for quite some time now but the Australians know Fiji is the toughest hunting ground for any team.
Thunderbolts and Australian national coach Michael O’Connor said Fiji is the best learning field and they will use the Uprising International Sevens as a buildup to their IRB World Sevens Series campaign.
The Australian Thunderbolts will play Blue Gas Lautoka in their opening game at 12:12pm tomorrow.
The Uprising Fiji International Sevens men’s competition kicks-off at 10am tomorrow at the TFL Stadium and the first match is between the Digicel Fiji Barbarians and Marist.
