The Digicel Fiji 7s team is likely to face either Samoa or Australia if they reach the quarter finals of the New Zealand 7s this weekend.

Fiji is the top seed in Pool D and it means that either Australia or Samoa who are the top teams from Pool C, will meet the Iliesa Tanivula coached side barring any upset.

Yesterday the side arrived in New Zealand and will go for their first training session today where Tanivula and his assistant Josateki Savou will work on their possible line up for Friday's opening pool game.

Tanivula said that they have to be in their best mind set to do well in Wellington.
