A lot of overseas interest has been generated by groups interested in taking part in the inaugural Uprising Fiji International 7s next month.
Organiser Randell Kamea said apart from well known teams like Ponsonby and Manawatu, two groups from Sydney have shown interest in taking part.
Meanwhile, overseas teams taking part in the Uprising Fiji International 7s next month will get 10 percent discount in air-fares.
So far teams like the Grizzlies from the US, a France development team, the New Caledonia national 7s team, two teams from New Zealand, the Army Green and Police Blue 7s team from Fiji have all confirmed their participation at the two-day meet.
The Uprising Fiji International 7s will be held on the 21st and 22nd of next month at the TFL Stadium.
