Two of Lautoka soccer team's Australian imports will not feature in the Courts IDC semifinals as they left Fiji this morning.

Striker Matthew Mayora and defender Billy Darwich had to fly out this morning as their visa expired and Lautoka soccer officials did not have any interest to extend their stay.

Lautoka soccer President Shalendra Prasad said Mayora failed to score a single goal in the pool matches and in training yesterday he did not impress the coaching panel.

According to Prasad, Lautoka will only use one import in the semifinals which will be Australian based goalkeeper James Cronopoulus.

Lautoka last won the IDC in 2008 and last year the Blues lost to Navua in the final by 2-0.

This time around Lautoka has a good chance to progress in the final again as Navua is also facing problems with two players, Salesh Kumar and US based Stefan Clemens ruled out of the semi-finals.

In the first semifinal this Sunday at the TFL stadium, Lautoka will take on Navua at 9am and Rewa plays Labasa at 10.30am.
