Fiji's three former students who are now residing in Australia will be taking part in the Coca Cola games next week.

Coca Cola Games Coordinator, Vuli Waqa said these athletes who are now studying in Australia will add the extra flavor to the games and competition is expected to get stiffer.

Waqa said the medal tally will not be affected should these overseas athletes win medals at the games.

A Sydney-based organisation called the Fiji Youth Initiative Incorporated is bringing a group of eight Fiji-Australian young people over to Fiji to reconnect them back with their roots.

Three of these young people will be participating at the Coca Cola Games.

Marketing Manager of the Sydney-based organisation, Viola Diloi said their aim is to spread the message of hope to the young people of Fiji to never lose hope, and to dream, believe and achieve their goals.

The Coca Cola games will be held at the TFL Stadium next Friday and Saturday.
