Australia has been our number one tourism market and this has not changed.
The Fiji Visitors Bureau (FVB) has revealed that the travel advisory placed on Fiji by the Australian government has not had a huge impact so far on tourist arrivals and the future of Australian tourist arrivals looks good.
Speaking to Fijivillage, FVB chairman Patrick Wong said at the moment the travel advisory level has not changed but the figures of Australian arrivals has surpassed expectations.
However, Wong said that the future prospect could change suddenly if Fiji is not careful.
