It is as simple as be in the fitness test to be considered.
This is the message from the Digicel Fiji 7s coaching staff to the 42 players who will be attending their fitness test this morning at the HPU gym in Laucala.
With the festive season still been celebrated in the country the coaching duo of Alifereti Dere and Etuate Waqa will be hoping that players will continue to show their commitment during the off season when they attend the trials today.
The coaches will also get an update on injured trio, Setefano Cakau, Livai Ikanikoda and Jimilai Nakaidawa on their availability for the NZ and USA 7s.
The fitness test will start this morning at the HPU gym at Laucala Bay.
