The Fiji Bus Operators Association is seeking another meeting with Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama soon, to hold further talks about their grievances, after the Association strike was called off two hours after it started this morning.

Association President Pyara Singh said they are awaiting word from the Prime Minister's office for a meeting.

He maintained the Interim Prime Minister has assured them he would look into their plight.

Singh added they will also discuss in their next meeting, the issue of Tebara Transport, who continued their normal bus service this morning along the Suva/Nausori corridor.

Meanwhile, Tebara Buses Managing Director Arvind Maharaj said they decided to allow all of their 48 buses to continue with their services in the Nakelo, Bau, Rewa Delta and the Suva/Nausori corridor this morning.

Maharaj believes further dialogue needs to be held with the Interim Finance Minister.
