Save The Children Fiji will next week start assisting children who live in the severely affected flood areas.
Chief Executive Chandra Shekar said their teams have gone right to the schools, identified the children in the affected areas, visited their homes and confirmed with the schools what was needed by each student.
Shekar added there's been a lot of effort in getting schools ready, however if schools are still not able to open, the decision must be made by the school management and the Education Ministry.
