The case for eight of the eleven accused charged in the alleged assassination plot was called for the first time for mention in the Suva High Court, only the legal Counsel for the eight were present.
High Court Judge Justice Daniel Gounder has adjourned the case till 2pm on Thursday to hear submissions on bail applications for all the eleven accused.
Lawyers for Jone Baledrokadroka and Sivaniola Noulago were not required to be present at Court this morning but will be present in court on Thursday to make arguments on bail for their clients.
All the eleven accused will be required to be present at Court on Thursday afternoon.
