Immigration officials have detained a Chinese national who is believed to have been staying in the country since 2004.
Director Immigration Major Nemani Vuniwaqa said the woman was arrested from a house in Samabula yesterday.
She was renting the premises.
Major Vuniwaqa has confirmed that the woman was working for a company in Suva.
She will be deported in the next available flight.
