The four Asian Nationals charged with 96 counts of impersonation and obtaining money by false pretence were today sentenced to 3 years imprisonment to be served concurrently.
Ngeon Chong Chee, Chian Chee Hong, Au Yeung Wing Hon and Suen Tik Fong today appeared before Judge Justice Daniel Goundar.
It is alleged that the four produced fake visa cards and obtained more than $134,000 from banks in Suva, Nausori and Lautoka.
It is also alleged that the four produced fake Visa cards and obtained money from some other banks in Viti Levu.
