Four Asian nationals today appeared in Suva High Court charged with 96 counts of impersonation and obtaining money by false pretence.
Negon Chong Hong, Chian Chee Hong, Au Yeung Wing Hon and Suen Pik Fong today pleaded guilty to their charges before Justice Daniel Goundar.
It is alleged that the four produced fake visa cards and obtained more than $134,000 from banks in Suva, Nausori and Lautoka.
It is also alleged the four produced fake Visa cards and obtained money from some other banks in Viti Levu.
The four have been remanded in custody and will be sentenced on the 13th of this month.
