It will be the preview of the Sukuna Bowl showdown when Army Green will take on Police Blue, in the final of the 96th year of the Escort Shield tomorrow night at the National Sports Stadium.

Both sides will be facing each other again on the 25th of this month in the Sukuna Bowl clash, but on Thursday night a new winner will be crowned for the oldest rugby shield in the country.

Police beat Escort Shield holders Lomaiviti 18-15 in the semi-final last week, while Army Green proved too strong for Marist winning 22-5.

Suva rugby official Etonia Radrodro says both sides have the players who have played in the Fiji colours, and fans will be treated to top level rugby.
