The Army Green side was crowned the new winner for the Fiji Bitter Marist Sevens Tournament and walked away with the $25,000 prize money after defeating Ratu Filise 28-14 a few minutes ago at the TFL National stadium.
Army scored 4 converted tries while Ratu Filise scored two converted tries.
In the first half both teams scored 7 points all.
In the semi-finals earlier today, Ratu Filise beat Redrock 24-10 while Army Green defeated Police by 19-14.
In the quarter finals, the Fiji Barbarians went down to Ratu Filise 21-7, Samurai Baracuda went down to Police 14-0, Redrock beat Waiqanake 17-5 and Army Green defeated the Defending Champions, Wardens 19-0.
