The application for the vacant position of Supervisor of Elections closes today and as yet very little interest has been shown in the position.
The Chairman of the Constitutional Offices Commission, Rishi Ram said the commission is expected to meet next week to assess the applications and make the necessary decisions.
On the remaining three positions, Ram said a good number of applications have been received so far. The three Permanent Secretary positions are for Provincial Development and Multi Ethnic Affairs, Justice and Fisheries and Forests.
