Before the week is out, a decision will be made on when an appeal will be lodged against the Employment Tribunal's decision for the four percent paycut to be restored from March 2007.
This has been confirmed by PSC Chairman, Dr Mohammed Yunus who said there are still holding talks with their lawyers on the finer details of an appeal.
Under the Employment Tribunal's decision, which was delivered last week, two percent of the paycut must be restored within three months while the other two percent should be restored within six months.
