The Association of Apex Clubs of Fiji has called on young people to care for each other and care for the community at large in order to build a better society.
National President Sailesh Naidu said they have all agreed to adopt a theme project called "Stop Child Poverty" with the aim of helping kids who are out on the streets and as a result of poverty cannot go to school.
Naidu said they will also like to ascertain the reasons these kids are on the streets as sometimes parents neglect their duties to their children.
Naidu said the survey will begin in January next year with the results in the first quarter adding that they hope donor agencies, other NGOs and stakeholders will help with this project.
