The Public Rental Board has stressed that the apartments that will be rented out to workers in the industrial zone along Grantham Road in Raiwaqa to Nabua will target the middle class wage earners.
General Manager, Mesake Senibulu said the costs will be affordable and the first chance will be given to the workers and then they will target other residents with small families living nearby.
Senibulu added that the PRB is working closely with the China Railway Construction Group on the design of the building to be constructed.
Senibulu stressed that it is a new-look Raiwaqa and there is no need to worry about security.
The apartment will be built at the site where the four storey flats were located.
