For some people in the Central Division it may be another two days before their power is restored.
FEA Acting Chief Executive Officer, Sunil De Silva said the main problem area is the Domain area which currently looks like a Botanical garden due to the fallen trees.
In the Western and Northern Divisions, De Silva said work is almost completed and people can expect power by tonight or tomorrow at the latest.
De Silva said the biggest problem the FEA faces is restoring power in parts of Lami, Tamavua and Nabua where fallen wires have been stolen.
