The Immigration Department has now completed their investigation into the Tongan national found staying illegally in the country and revealed that they have also arrested another man in relation to the same issue.
Immigration Director Major Nemani Vuniwaqa said the other Tongan national was arrested in Suva after a raid.
He added that they are also waiting for advice from the Solicitor General's office with regards to what action to take.
