Another Permanent Secretary has been sent on leave pending investigations.
Permanent Secretary for Local Government, Urban Development and Housing, Ram Chandar was sent on leave this week.
Public Service Commission Chairman Josefa Serulagilagi when contacted this morning confirmed that Ram Chandar was sent on leave, however he could not divulge any other details.
Meanwhile, Serulagilagi has also confirmed that Permanent Secretary for Women and Social Welfare, Doctor Ami Chandra remains on leave.
Dr.Chandra was sent on leave a few months ago pending investigations.
The PSC could not reveal by when the investigations will finish.
