Great Britain 7s coach, Simon Amor has named a strong team to play at the Rio Olympics next month.

The side is dominated by English players which includes only Mark Bennett and Mark Robertson from Scotland while Sam Cross and James Davies are from Wales.

The English players who have made the Great Britain team include Dan Bibby, Phil Burgess, Alex Davis, Ollie Lindsay Hague, Tom Mitchell, Dan Norton, James Rodwell and Marcus Watson.

Tom Mitchell will captain the side.

They will face New Zealand, Kenya and Japan in Rio, while the women play Brazil, Canada and Japan.
