Six amended charges were this morning laid against former chief executive of Airports Fiji Limited Sakiusa Tuisolia.

Tuisolia was initially charged by FICAC with 8 counts of abuse of office but now he faces only six counts.

In the amended charges, Tuisolia is charged by FICAC with three counts of fraudulent conversion and three counts of keeping fraudulent accounts.

It is alleged that between January 2004 to April of 2006, Tuisolia used AFL=s official credit card for unofficial expenditure and did not make any entries into the account books.

Tuisolia pleaded not guilty to the six amended charges and the matter has been set for trial next Monday.
