There is always an outcry from people when a price for something goes up.
Those are the words of the Media Manager of the Land Transport Authority, Ratu Eroni Volavola who said that people have to understand why bus fares went up as many people are still complaining.
Meanwhile, Ratu Eroni said they are going to villages who are inviting them to explain about the fare increase.
Volavola said they have covered many parts in the west, north, Central and eastern since last week and are still providing information to people every night in differant villages.
Bus fares increased two weeks ago however many people are still in the dark about how much they should be charged.
